I am very finicky when it comes to my hair and when I have a vision I’m dead set on it coming to life. Steph does just that and more. Every time I sit down in her chair I know I am in very good hands and my vision will come to life. The added bonus of support a local business and local ladies just adds another bonus point to going to this salon!

My stylist was very nice, but the hair I ended up with didn’t look at all how it was supposed to. I paid in full because it still looked good, I tipped her as well. Several months later I get scheduled to change my hair color, and I lost my job so I had to cancel. They were super understanding at the time. And now, in the present, I oversleep by accident and I wake up to a Facebook message that I missed my appointment, and that they won’t be rescheduling with me. They also said that they texted me several times (to my number, not Facebook) and I had not received a single text from them. I apologized for missing the appointment, and then I added that they did not text me at all. The message was read, but ignored.
